Claranet won Best Business Customer Service and Best Business Fixed Broadband at the 2010 Internet Service Providers’ Association (ISPA) Awards. Claranet won Best Fixed Business Broadband for the second year running after being a finalist in both categories last year.

Claranet won the Best Business Fixed Broadband award at the Internet Service Providers Association (ISPA) Awards 2009. The ISPA are the only UK awards dedicated to rewarding excellence in the internet industry.

Midsize Enterprise Initiative - Innovation Awards

Claranet triumphed over 1600 applicants to win the Midsize Enterprise Initiative at the 2008 Initiative Awards. Claranet received this distinction for its hosted PBX solution.

Best Business ISP Award - Internet Services Providers' Association Awards

Claranet won Best Business Internet Service Provider at the 2007 ISPA Awards. The judges recognised Claranet's "outstanding quality, reliability and adaptability for businesses" and "were particularly impressed with Claranet's customer support and their dedicated managed security services".

Best Service Provider for Business Customers Award - German ECO Internet Awards

Claranet won the German ECO Internet Award for Best Business Customer Internet Service Provider 2 years in a row (2006 & 2007) - ahead of Easynet GmbH and QSC AG, who were also nominated for the award. The judges found Claranet especially impressive for its "consistent high quality and conscientious service."

Gold Innovation Award - VoIP Germany Awards

Claranet received the Gold Innovation Award for its hosted IP-PBX service at the 2007 VoIP Germany Awards. Claranet also won third place, for the same year, in the Services/ASP category. The judges praised Claranet's hosted IP-PBX entry "Clara NetPhonie" as particularly impressive for its high security standards, flexibility, scope of service and service quality.

Best Service Provider for Business Customers Award- German ECO Internet Awards

Claranet won the Best Service Provider for Business Customers category at the 2006 German ECO Awards. Judges noted that Claranet's product portfolio precisely meets the needs of medium-sized companies in industry finance and administration, basing their decision on the level of innovation of the product, price-to-performance ratio, and focus on customer benefits.
