Check Your Email Online

At Claranet we provide customers with email accounts the ability to access their emails remotely through our website. The following is a quick and easy guide to logging into our webmail system using Internet Explorer.

1) Open Internet Explorer.

2) Type https://post-office.clara.net into the address bar and click on Go.

3) Enter your Claranet username and password and click on Login.

Please note:

a) If your email address is joebloggs@clara.co.uk theusername you enter would be joebloggs.

b) If you have a Claranet email account that is provided as part of a Clarahost package, then the username should be the full email address including the domain name; e.g. joebloggs@example.co.uk

4) Click on Inbox and you should be able to view your new incoming messages.
